How We Charge (and why)

Traditional executive search firms typically charge 25–33% of salary, often with large non-refundable retainers and limited guarantees.

Wander works on a flat 20% success fee, split 25% upfront and 75% on completion.

That first part covers the groundwork: detailed research and genuine

outreach that give each search its early momentum.

And if things change, the brief shifts, the role pauses, or the hire doesn’t move forward - your initial 25% isn’t lost. We carry it forward in full to your next search within 12 months. No hidden catches, no small print. Just fairness, built in.
