Who are Wander?
Wander is a recruiter for the travel industry and part of Bare Holdings Ltd. We support professionals working in sales, marketing, operations and technology based roles within all sectors of the travel industry.
What Data Do We Store?
Wander may collect your personal details from your CV if you apply for a role via our website or job-board for example, or when you require Wander’s assistance to find a new role and you register with us. Some of the information may include, but is not limited to: your name, address, email address, contact number, basic salary and salary expectations, notice period, your CV, expectations in the next role.

We review our retention periods for personal information every six months and we'll hold personal information on our systems for up to three years after the last time there has been two-way communication with an individual. This is so we're able to provide our recruitment services to individuals who look to change jobs within a three year period.
Who has access to your information?
Employees at Wander will have access to your information and it may be shared with prospective employers in order to apply for jobs.
We require your consent in order to be able to provide our services to you, to maintain our business relationship, match your details with suitable job vacancies, share your personal information to clients. You are able to give your consent by: opting-in on the candidate registration form, via email opt-in, on your candidate portal.
Accessing, Updating Your Information and Opt-ing out
The accuracy of your information is important to us. At any stage you can contact us to update your personal details and preferences, opt-out of marketing from us which may include details of new job vacancies and industry trends.
If you would like to be forgotten and for your data to be deleted, please contact us to make us aware.
When you share information with us, we take steps to ensure that it is treated securely and we comply with the EU GDPR. We strive to protect your personal information and make our best effort to ensure it is securely held on our systems, although as data is secured in the cloud, this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
If we have a data breach and your information may be at harmful risk, we have a Data Breach Policy in line with the EU GDPR.
